More Turquoise, Red, and Yellow Fun! – CIC #576 Reminder

This post contains affiliate links that are of no extra cost to you. Using my affiliate links simply helps me to keep doing what I love – thank you!

Hello friends! This is your reminder of the current ongoing challenge on the Cupcake Inspirations Challenge blog! Challenge #576 is a colour challenge, and the colours you must include in your card are turquoise, red, and yellow. CraftyScrappers are also sponsoring this challenge!

After printing out a sentiment and images, I coloured the images using the following Copics and Ohuhu Alcohol markers:

Ohuhu

  • Blues: BG4, BG68, PB7

Copics

  • Reds/Pinks: R20, R22
  • Yellows: Y02, Y06, Y13, Y15
  • Greys: W1, W3, W5, W7

As for the background, I created a paw print cut-out using the Lucky Birthday Wishes Stamp set (this was done in Cricut Design Space). Behind the paw print, I ink-blended Candied Apple, Mustard Seed, and Broken China Distress Oxide – the perfect gradient for this challenge!

After attaching the image with foam squares and my sentiment with Bearly Art Glue, I mounted my card front on several matching layers of Neenah Astrobright cardstock.

Be sure to check out the Cupcake Inspirations Challenge Blog to submit a card for a chance to win the Lucky Birthday Wishes Digi Stamp set from CraftyScrappers!

Thanks for reading. Catch ya next time!
