Christmas is quickly approaching, and I have quite a few Christmas cards to share! Today’s card features the Kraftin’ Kimmie Moosel-toe! Stamp set.
To create the background of this card, I masked off a plaid pattern using basic sticky notes (always a handy tool to have in your craft space!) and ink-blended using Candied Apple and Mowed Lawn Distress Oxides. I also splattered the background using Liquitex Iridescent Bright Gold Acrylic Ink.
Once I had stamped my image (and a sentiment), I used the following Copics to colour the image:
- Browns: E11, E15, E18, E29, E33, E37, E49
- Reds: R08, R14, R27
- Greens: G07, G24, G28
- Yellows: Y02, Y06, Y11
- Blacks: 110
To finish off my card, I used Bearly Art Glue to adhere my image to the background as well as add a mat of red cardstock to match the colours of the card.
Thanks for reading. Catch ya next time!
Sasha
